I had to add even more dynamic eq to some frequencies for horns and other brass instruments... bzzz is gone... but now it sounds too compressed for me... So, anyway, the problem is solved P.S. I also checked the speakers... they are really buzzing at 160 Hz

What do you do with all the synths you don't use that much?

How is Linux working out for you? I've often considered doing the switch but usually too chicken to make a big switch like that. Perhaps I'll set up a secondary system on a laptop or something and try it out. Are you using Reaper as a DAW? I generally keep everything in my template and...

...don't use all my Spectrasonics plugin. But the license transfer is too expansive to be interesting to sell them. I'm now minimalist, and I consider myself covered with simply Zebra hz (waiting for Zebra 3). I don't use any other synth, and don't reinstall my other synths when I change my setup.

How have sample libraries influenced use of the real thing?

I would think this is far difficult for ensembles than soloing over a track. Big money productions are still gonna use live players. Most people watching films don't have VI Control ears or care. Somewhere when you learn more about certain aspects of music like production and performance I...

How have sample libraries influenced use of the real thing?

That's a pretty good way of putting it... the samples imitate orchestras and then the orchestras by way of this have to imitate the things imitating them, and in this process you cancel anything out which was not imitated at the start because it doesn't pass the quality check filter as much as...
