They have not yet sent out the update for Nucleus. Just areia so far
So, in this price range of $299 - $399... Berlin Inspire 1 + 2 package is on sale. Then there's Nucleus for $100 less. And of course the Jaeger bundle. Anyone have both / all and can weigh in on preferences? I've searched a bit but didn't find any direct discussions of the dual BI package vs Nucleus.
Ideally I don't want something just for sketching, but a solid basic orchestral set (to accompany my Hollywood Orchestra Gold, maybe leaning more to the epic cinematic side than HO).
I have Berlin Inspire 1 & 2 and like them Great for sketching and get used a lot. I am still considering getting Nucleus and made this little handwritten comparison of the patch content. Maybe not 100% correct but might be useful.
Any word on what the updates contain?
Is it already possible to use existing serial for an Jaeger update via native access?
. You'll get your Native Access serial in your e-mail ASAP.Unfortunately, many things in life only get cheaper over time, especially VI libraries. So any developer who says they will never lower the price may be referring to a small window of time, possibly months, before promotional sales begin. The longer one waits the cheaper these older libraries get.It is quite frustrating, just (in May) bought jeager for normal price and now this sale. Audio Imperia told me there won't be a sale in "immediate future". Sure, there is no rule what "immediate future" means.

then three months later some of what I purchased was now 75% off, and to this day I have yet to really use the Cinesamples libraries I bought at 50% off so I wished I had been more patient as 75% off would have felt much nicer than 50% off. It’s just the nature of this industry. Unless you really need a VI library for a project you are working on currently you might as well wait as long as possible for the fire sale price. Even OT who said they would never do sales not only had the Berlin series at 40% off but sold all the Metropolis Arks and Berlin Inspires for 62% off.
sale cheap ie. 50% off, 62% off, 77% off, 80+% off, etc.Yes, lesson learned.Unfortunately, many things in life only get cheaper over time, especially VI libraries. My suggestion to everyone who buys VI libraries is to wait as long as possible until you know you will use each library you are about to buy or wait at least until the prices are firesale cheap ie. 50% off, 62% off, 77% off, 80+% off, etc.
AI, why did you split the Areia Sections into Basic and Advanced articulations?
Now I have to rebuild my templates, and also the keyswitches don't fit anymore, have to split in two tracks. I hope the structure will stay like this, not that we will have to rebuild again soon.![]()
.@audioimperia I originally purchased Jaeger thru a 3rd party (Best Service), so Jaeger doesn't show up in my account on your website. Will I still get an update email?
I encountered this issue just a while back when trying to get a discount code for the Areia intro. I needed to email you guys. Do I have to do that again, or do you have me in your system as a Jaeger owner now? Thanks.

I'm in the process of deleting the old version of Areia, and installing the 1.1 version.
How do I delete Areia 1.0 from Native Access. I deleted the library from my PC, now I see 'Repair' option in Native Access. Do I click 'Repair' to Delete it, or to get the option to delete it ?
Thanks.
Direct quotes below for AI's email.
1. Delete the 1.0 version of Areia from your system. The 1.1 Update requires a full new download.
2. Remove Areia 1.0 from Native Access
3. Open Native Access and click "Add A Serial" in the top left corner of the app window. Paste your serial number into the "Add A Serial" window. Click the 'Not Installed' tab on the lefthand side and find Areia 1.1.0. To the right of the library, there will be an 'Install' button, click this. The library will then download and install to the folder you have specified under "Preferences".
- 2.1 For Mac Users: Open the "Finder" and go to Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences. Inside the "Preferences" folder you will need to find the corresponding .plist file for Areia and delete it from your system. Open Native Access and confirm that the library is no longer listed in the "Installed" section.
- 2.2 For PC Users: In the Start Menu search bar, type "regedit" and press enter. This will open the Registry Editor. In the dropdown on the left-hand side, look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments and delete the folder for Areia. In the same dropdown go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Native Instruments and delete the Areia folder here as well. Open Native Access and confirm that the library is no longer listed in the "Installed" section.
4. Enjoy!
