Seeing as we are all talking about the GUI... I have to say, for me personally, it is the most cleanest and user friendly interface ive ever come across in a library. Never been a fan of form over function. It's taken me seconds to work out the controls. No random buttons or big giant control knobs with symbols that never make sense, no wasted space here at all! I love it personally! Let the samples do the talking, and in the case of Audio Imperia stuff: they certainly do!

I really like the gui. Did not like the old look for Jaeger talos cerberus. When i got nucleus i thougt: this is really nice and clean and easy to locate stuff on. Altho i would have love like an overall color diffrence. Like nucleus: leaning to light blue. Jaeger:leaning to dark blue. Talos: leaning to yellow :). Like they can use the same Grey base but tint it alittle
 
Just downloaded Jaeger, can confirm that the issue with vocals patch not appearing in library still persists. Probably gonna need to get in touch with NI tech support.

I saw the post from NI on one of their forums . It will either require an update or full redownload through NI. I hope it's an update as I don't want to do a full redownload.

I've had Jaeger for months now and used it in a few Logic projects... looking forward to the upgrade. Will I be able to EASILY replace the old Jeager with the new version in these projects. I do not want to keep both as the current Jaeger is 75GB on my external SSDs!

It's good to know about these technical issues before purchasing and installing. It's clarified as a note @ NI's website. So, it's good to wait till Monday 24 to get the fix and install the complete bundle perfectly from the first time.

NI's Quote:

" Please note: There’s currently a small technical issue with Jaeger that has led to some content being missing in the installer. We’re working on a fix which will be available on Monday August 24. If the library is installed before then, you will need to reinstall it once this fix is ready. (Please note, the instrument is 50 GB.) We’re sorry for the inconvenience."
 
So I'm noticing after looking at the manual that the Kontakt Player version of Jaeger seems to be missing a ton of features. In the original version from the manual it looks like there was a whole FX section that was tied to the "Big Knob" where you could adjust compressor settings, add insert effects to the audio output channel, and it also had a step sequencer. Is there a reason this was removed? Or am I blind and can't find where those features are?

I also picked up Devestator in the sale and it IS really cool, but every time I load a new nki patch there’s a few seconds delay and I wonder if it’s having to load that robot and the smoke effects that’s slowing it down.

No, I don't think you missed anything.

Same here, I'm still waiting for my AI ver 1.1 update email for Jaeger, Areia, Talos. I think the missing vocal file in Jaeger has delayed the emails, since they don't want us to update Jaeger with missing content, and have to deal with more support tickets. I'm guessing they will send the emails out as soon as the Jaeger file is fixed.
