I see an entry in the e-mail from Sonokinetic:

The serial they sent is in the same format Native Access uses, and I read it was Kontakt 7 player compatible. Sonokinetic Manager hasn't got as far as loading my libraries here so I'm unable to see if a serial is listed in there. [edit] However, there is an NI serial showing on the website.

With Native Access, you may need to close the app, reopen and wait 5 mins for it to bring itself up to date on serial numbers

I also can't press the place your order button. Earlier it let you select loyalty points in the bottom right part of the screen, so my guess is the button is disabled because the screen didn't load completely.
