Almost plunged for it and just before the checkout thought I'd double check my account. It would seem I'd already purchased it three Black Fridays ago for a very similar price and completely forgotten about it. On closer inspection it appears I brought this Black Friday 2020 and Black Friday 2021 respectively for €9.90! A third time would be excessive. :emoji_laughing:
This is always my worry with things like this

How do people here actually like Trinity Drums? I have a bunch of the Rigid Audio stuff which are similarly discounted from time to time, and a lot of it sounds like I'm listening to compressed audio/mp3. How does Trinity compare to Rigid as a point of reference?

I think Sonuscore were the ones behind Action Strikes so... I think Trinity might have been a precursor to Action Strikes in a way. Rigid Audio is just one guy and doesn't have the means Sonuscore or NI has but he does good things. Some of them are meant to sound lofi.

Any info on the single hits in Trinity Drums?
How much are there and are there any single wav files included or can they only be used in the context of any of the 3 loop layers?
The product description and manual aren't very helpful in that regard (but then there's always the option to slice any of the loops to drum machine in Bitwig/Ableton/...)

Redroom is offering Palette plus the brushes for $149. Is this a good product? Thanks
I think it's one of the best deal this BF. Not for everyone i suppose so do a research and see if it's something you'd like to use. They have walkthrough on all volumes. The 1st volume is a normal library with all the sections. The second vol. has combination ensemble like trumpets + horns octave and low brass + low strings octave etc. 3rd volume has FXs i think and 4th has runs and arpeggio. I mostly got it cause i didn't have any combination ens. so it was a way to get some on the cheap.

Thanks. Maybe its a bit complicated for me as I am more of a beginner to this, and a confused one at that in my software search. I was looking at Audio Imperia Nucleus lite which looks easy to use and has a variety of sounds.

No wavs included, for some bizarre reason. Also, a single dynamic and no round robins. This one's all about the loops IMO.

Thanks. Since I already own a ....load of similar stuff and would only use those loops sliced up anyway I'm still sitting on the fence on this one.

... to get us to install Kontakt 7...

Also $25 e-voucher for "instruments" (I'd assume Kontakt doesn't count as an instrument), effects (not clear if it works with Izotope or PA bought through NI?), or expansions. Can get Glaze for $24 (a whole dollar cheaper than their BF sale...).
The e-voucher would work, as long as you pay full price. The e-vouchers don't work on items on sale.
