Formating nvme's on new build

Hello folks

Just finished building my new PC!
Woohoo!
Now I need to install Windows from the media on usb.
So for the moment I'm in my Asus UEFI BIOS.
I'm just wondering how do I go about formatting my 2 980 Pros from within BIOS?
And also, in the past there was often the recommendation to format the sample drive to 64k allocation unit size, rather than the default 4k. Is this still standard practice for nvme drives? If so, how do I do this from within BIOS?

Thanks.

Great, thank you.
What about the allocation size issue?
Is it still accepted wisdom to set an allocation size of 64kb for the drive used for samples?

There is no issue just keep the default value.
Thanks easyrider!
But why is that? I like to understand things.
Is it because these drives are so fast now that any benefit arising from alternative cluster sizes would be so small as to be meaningless?

I wonder if Patanjali is still active here. It was his explanation that prompted me to reconsider allocation size when I did my first build in 2009. Tech is very different now but it would be good to hear how this particular point has evolved.

Thanks
