Hello,
I have some user questions about ERA II. I did download and scan the manual for more info but cannot figure out the following:
1. Midi Grooves. In the manual for the Hurdy Gurdy, it states that "You will find 2/4 and 6/8 midi grooves, and besides, you will be able to create your own ones importing the included midi files in your DAW to easily create grooves which fit to your music." but it does not tell how to import these midi grooves? Does Engine have midi drag and drop like Kontakt that I'm somehow missing how to access?
2. Groove patches: how to change key center? For example, can I make the Fiddle Grooves play in a different keys to follow a chord progression? Kontakt instruments usually has key switches to achieve this, does Engine? I do see the pitch knob, but its very fiddly and would require multiple instances tuned to the different chords if you wanted the groove be fluid.
3. Bowed strings do not sustain by default which is very surprising! This seems to be true for all bowed strings, and some like the bowed psaltery do not sustain very long at all! Are there looped sustains for these instruments that I'm missing?
Thank you so much for any insights and help you can provide.
