As this doesn't fit anywhere else really, I though I'd publicly give positive feedback about a company as we ptherwise tend to often focus on the negatives.
I'd like to mention here that the customer support from Dark Intervals is lightning-fast. I know it's a small operation, but I didn't expect to get a response and service in 5 minutes late Saturday evening.
I had a Kontakt GUI issue due to a corrupted NKR file. That was fixed in no time at all.
