Grand poohbah of Pipe organ
Back in 2006 or so, I started working on this piece... I loved the organ version, but quickly saw how it could be arranged for orchestra. Now that I have some better libraries, I'd love to revisit it (and, I'd make some changes now, too) but, it seems to wear well. Just for fun yesterday I did load up some EWQL and see what it sounded like - it's great (but it brought my machine to it's knees - I'll need to try it on the dual-Xeon 16 core if I really want it to work, I think)
It's a mixture of Notion sounds and Garritan Personal Orchestra (with especially the strings futzed with quite a bit - I detuned and layered GPO strings with the Notion strings....)
