Yeah it’s only free for people purchasing V9 now after MiniFreak has been released.I own V9 and it's $49 for me.
I've had it for quite sometime since it came with the hardware MiniFreak and I fo love it. It sounds just like the hardware. If you like the sound of it then it is really great. The price is great for sure, but for people who tried it, what do you think about the minifreak vst?
I wish i could have some thoughts
I upgraded to V Collection 9 shortly after it came out. MiniFreak cost me $49 dollars two days ago. I don't mind at all; Arturia's pricing/upgrade policy is great, so I'm really cool with the price. Not sure, but the offer said that if you buy v collection 9 before feb. 2, MiniFreak V is included for free. If you bought/upgraded to v9 earlier, I don't know.
I load the demo and i'm really surprised about some sounds. The multimode filter sound great!I've had it for quite sometime since it came with the hardware MiniFreak and I fo love it. It sounds just like the hardware. If you like the sound of it then it is really great.

Can someone answer this question: do MicroFreak presets works in the MiniFreak VST?
Thanks, much!They do
Here are some presets for Minifreak -
I included the bank image. You need to put it into one of the following locations -
PC: C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Shared\images\vc8_images\packs
Mac: Mac HD/Library/Arturia/SHared/images/vc8_images/packs
Hey Doc,They do
Sorry - I misread. I figured you were talking about Minifreak patches, and didn’t notice you meant MICROfreak. Those will not be compatible.Inquiring minds want to know (well, at least one inquiring mind, albeit somewhat addled at points):
