Check out our earlier post that we made a couple of weeks ago if you are interested in learning more about out newly released WarpIV Electric Guitar library. That post included a lot of details on how everything works. It is a gigantic library with 129 expressive articulations, dynamics, releases, legato, and effects that are selectable via key switches and/or automated features for live playing. It is actually quite easy to use too...
For those of you who are unfamiliar with HSBWC, it features the top guys in the business, Wayne Bergeron (Screaming Trumpet Pro), Andy Martin (Legendary Trombone), and Eric Marienthal (Contemporary Saxes, Jazz Flute, and Jazz Clarinet).
The trumpet library, in particular, is amazing in that it covers a huge number of highly expressive articulations that play with extreme power well into the upper register. Wayne is unbelievable… Screaming Trumpet Pro includes gigantic articulation sets for trumpet, all of the mutes (Harmon with/without stem, straight, cup, plunger), flugelhorn, and piccolo trumpet.
Legendary Trombone is the perfect compliment to the trumpet library and includes trombone (with valve trombone), bass trombone, and all of the mutes (Harmon with stem, straight, cup, plunger).
The trumpet and trombone libraries work great in jazz, orchestral, and pop settings.
The Contemporary Sax, Jazz Flute, and Jazz Clarinet libraries are also gigantic and amazing to work with. They all use the same key switches, which makes them really easy to work with in sections. These are not traditional orchestral libraries, but they actually work great when you want to jazz up an orchestral arrangement.
