It demands restricting the scale to properly interpret your voice. Ergo, it’s useless for any really serious orchestral endeavour.

At the other end of the spectrum, you can just audio to MIDI using your DAW offline. But that tends to be too precise, and only useful if you sing well.

That's not AI software. It's a just audio-to-MIDI conversion with some helpful feature like scale locking. And you can map sounds to certain MIDI notes, for converting beat boxing to MIDI drums.
