This would make a perfect partner to Brian Eno's card deck Oblique Strategies. Finally you can write music but look like you're playing a board game instead!

So cool! I'm into it. I do a very low-end version of that just to randomize my all-twelve-keys technique exercises on the piano, got a twelve-sided die from my D&D days and assign keys to numbers, starting with 1 as C. (2 is Db, 3 is D, 4 is Eb, etc.) Use it with my students sometimes too.

Very cool stuff! I found a store on Etsy that sells all kinds of musical dice... I picked up the 12-sided one that just has keys for my friend's daughter, I'm teaching her jazz piano and I want her to get used to scales in every key, and the dice makes it a bit more fun. Or aggravating if she rolls Db, lol.
