Many thanks for checking. Nothing received on 3rd May, but I did receive an e-mail this morning which contains a number of solutions to resolve this issue. I'll be following up on Thursday when I'' have time to try these out.

The response may have ended up in your spam folder, perhaps. It was definitely sent, support agent told me.
