Who Is Changing Forum Thread Titles!!! ?

When the site was first put up, people did not have permissions to edit their own posts. The fix for that initially gave everybody the right to edit all posts, including those posts made by other people (and change thread titles). This was fixed a short time later and the ability for anybody to edit anybody else's post was removed. However, I don't think that would apply to the thread in question, since it appears to have been created a week after the incident occurred.

Right, but if there's someone who was able to elevate his privileges to admin floating around... Should be an easy enough database query on the users table to rule it out.
