Timing? There is no mathematic timing here, but much feelings to a scene, pictures ..... . And yes, it is a solo horn.

Sounds like a solo horn to me, too. The tempo feels like it's around 70 (at 72bpm things more or less lined up to divisions of measures in Logic), but that guess could deceptively helpful since I couldn't determine a meter that seemed correct.

As for the scene - it's just two movie logos.

Here is the horn (ok, solo horn) in 3/4 and then 4/4 at 72. It works in spots, but then doesn't.

It's not locked very tightly to the beat. But, at the same time, it doesn't stray far enough from 72 bpm to be called rubato. Is there a term for that?

Also, is there a term for playing without, or almost without, accents?

Sounds closer to 60 bpm, but rubato. I attached a screenshot. The third bar could be a bar of 6/4 instead of a fermata.
