Westwood ALT Piano Issue

I really like the sound of Westwood Instruments ALT Piano, but I have an issue where the String and Pedal samples don't get triggered when I press the sustain pedal. CC64 is sent by default and it works on sustaining the notes as expected. When releasing the pedal, the Damper samples get triggered as expected. I've been working with Rob on this and he's been super accommodating on this with trying to help me sort this out. But unfortunately, no such luck. When I dig into the Edit Mode, I can verify the samples for String and Pedal are there, but they're not being triggered by any MIDI messages. I don't know enough about Kontakt to resolve this. While these particular samples would usually be turned down in volume so they don't stand out too much, I still would like to use them to add to the realism of the instrument. Is there anybody else seeing this issue when you press your sustain pedal? If so, did you resolve it and how? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

AH, which version are you using now? Thanks!
I'm away from the studio right now, not sure what the version number is. If purchasing it for the first time, you should get the current version. If a previous owner, you should've gotten an email about it if you're on their mailing list.
