    Hi there,

I'm re-building my template with Logic and VEP. As I was building, I had VEP coupled. Now I've saved a version of the Logic file with VEP decoupled, for faster saving times and a smaller file size. However, I was surprised to see that the file size is still almost identical to the coupled version. (It's huge, around 14GB). I quit Logic and restarted it, but left VEP running. I haven't tried re-booting everything yet (including restarting the Mac), but just wondered if anyone has any ideas on this?

    Thanks!
    Carlos

Yeah, in newer versions of Logic, the project files can get massive. Project Management... Clean Up seems to take care of this. There is also a setting where you can control how many copies of backups Logic keeps for you. I think it defaults to the last 6 copies or something. I reduced mine to 1 since I am making my own backups.
