This could be what's been dumbing down the US past few years at least

People are watching the skies for all sorts of things, here's a more basic starting place with a study:
    https://www.theguardian.com/environ...-huge-reduction-in-intelligence-study-reveals

Because my brain is hypersensitive (or crazy) I noticed something changing in the air the past few years. People losing long-term memory more so than usual. I thought it was something to do with electrical shit. But this stuff can't help either.

The problem is trying to fix these problems with money means high probability of ulterior motives and no fix.

Tip of the iceberg if you're willing to look at facts and not dogma coming from both sides. Same particulates are affecting respiratory systems, root systems, etc.

    Dogma coming from both sides?

    What does that mean?

I don't know if people are getting dumbed-down or not, as subjects like that are way over my head. Too deep for me...

I prefer to think that we are more powerful mentally than external toxins in that if we believe we can overcome or be unaffected so be it. There are numerous examples of this in recent history from survivors from the Hiroshima bomb, to stage 4 cancer disappearing overnight. People can make themselves sick as well...

I'd like to add, I think that with the increasing reliance on all things internet based and an increased reliance on technology to rule our lives, it is causing a lot of people to develop shorter attention spans and become less patient, which could lead to a lesser ability to focus, concentrate, learn or even remember things. As an example, compared to when I was younger, I have noticed that my spelling ability is slipping the more I rely on technology, so if I get lazy, technology can correct it for me so I don't have to think about it as much.

    I hope you are joking.

Anyways, I saw "Guardian" and thought might as well be fox news. It's nearly impossible to get the truth in any situation because too many people think 2+2=potato regardless of age. Everyone is so side oriented, they don't care about the people the side effects.

Take the Serena Williams rubbish. Here's a bunch of people that actually think that male tennis players are wearing outlandish outfits that look like Halloween costumes and Serena is being punished and it's sexist.

Trash. She is the ONLY one and it's been going on for well over a decade.

Nobody cares, 2+2=17.5ldkfj to the exponential power of not, or whatever your app tells you. Certainly not 4, I have a mighty cross to bear.

No, I'm not joking, and I see I was right to ask WTF you meant! Your comment about The Guardian being like Faux News is spectacularly absurd.

There's no bothsidesism in whether pollution is affecting people's brains. It's science.

I also sense a similar hint of attitude in what you're saying about Serena's outfit.

It's not that I think there's necessarily racism or sexism involved *in this particular case*, it's that you bring it up with such a sneer. Why are you protesting so much?

Yes, I was appointed by the gods to expose posts with bad intentions.

Because I asked what he or she meant means I'm dogmatic and need spraying?

    Or am I missing something...

@LamaRose def concerned about that as well but they don't do any public research on that here in the US that I am aware of aside from stuff you can find from a lot of digging around (like that site you posted). That is why I used that particular article but last night I was thinking how the right will use it as another reason to hate china, one of the fears of the right is that the air will be taxed in some way. I would in particular like to get more information about China's way of government, currently. Eric X Li seems to think they are on to something with the "parties organization department". As an American I'm looking for the best form of government in the world to apply to my life/fellows as well.

I've been trying more and more lately to get good news/information sources from around the world that the people of a given country actually utilize. The US news system is very sensationalist and blocks/suppresses a lot of information (obviously). Profit motive = distortion of information.

Other things that can be effective dumbing tools::

    - Dealing with a corrupt system or too secretive system which creates viral paranoia
    - The thought of AI is enough to send people into a catatonic state in terms of existential crisis. It's very bad unless they figure out the money and let people know. We're talking big changes and lots of angry people in a few short decades
    - 9/11 messed up the US. The huge war afterwards oh man...we're in so much trouble.
    - trump added insult to injury for any kind of reasonable way out of our economic plight to transition to a world currency which makes sense as long as there's no ruling class skimming or some other scheme.
    - We appear to operate in the red and it doesn't look good because it takes a lot more work and each year will mean exponential loss of income and jobs (rich get robots, poor get to wipe robots ass if they're lucky, won't be a middle)
    - Lots of distractions from drugs, gaming, the internet, porn, the software race of catchup or die, the usual stress of life, survival is tight
    - corporations and corporate news f-ing with peoples heads
    - Electronic interference from too many cell masts and phones
    - There is a chance for unseen interference (electronic etc...) because of next gen weather programs for war and oil procurement (this was something I was hoping to hear about in the election), gadgets etc...
    - War / emergency declarations interference (smith mundt / voa / ) full spectrum
    https://www.techdirt.com/articles/2...-its-broadcasting-arm-american-citizens.shtml
    - Battle of the sexes....everyone has lost their mind on this one, the generation prior to mine, the one filled with all the divorces, that's the last time the sexes trusted each other. Sexuality is weaponized and it has many terrible side effects
    - Overworked, dumb jobs for only a dying wage now
    - Unhealthy food in abundance, strangely manhandled fruits and veg, cancer for all

I was trying to figure out during the election if there was anyone in the world I could actually trust with the Presidency, if my vote mattered, I thought maybe Mark Cuban, Steve Wozniak, need to dig around more.

The republican party morphed into the non-globalism party. And the end justifies the means for their voters.

Some don't like trump because he's pretending to be what he's not. He's not anti-globalist. The thing that is most dislikable about him is his strongest selling point to the "new" republicans. Business people are globalist by nature because it improves their "growth", it's still all about growth/greed. It is they who are the least patriotic/humanitarian of all because they don't care who they sell to, what they sell, or what the side effects are as long as they get rich like a broken record. So why on earth would a corporate globalist want to minimize growth by pulling out of the global corporate system they've been feeding the last 30+ years heavily. Internationals all visit his hotels all damn day for the last 30+ years. It all started with the king swindler, actor Reagan. Nixon did the most damage with the petro recycling dollar but that was a different kind of globalism/imperialism. This does not redeem the left or infiltrated left. These guys from the ruling class are the definition of extremists, the winners at looking bad as time tells the truth instead of humans.

I'm just glad I didn't post this on a drudge forum and get my ass torn apart.

Alright, I gotta go post this in drudge be back in five.

....well five have passed, now I'm wondering if AI will help us escape AI.

By now everyone's heard about Bob Woodward's book, right?

You are missing the fact why you are a moderator and are acting like a child (are you a child?). You seem to have NO CLUE what you are talking about abut a bunch of childish nonsense with no facts to back you up. This the same forum that thought it was totally ok for trolls to spam the sales market when I posted there.

How about, you suck, ban me, and eat shit. I've been on so many forums, and this is BY FAR the most absurd. Enjoy 14 y/o moderator.

Life is great unless fake news like Faux, Sinaloan Times or ClintonNewsNetwork accesses your cerebral cortex.
Traumatized people are miserable, and love company.
Let them blow off steam. It’s has no effect on anyone except the already traumatized.

    Enjoy life.
Don’t let fake journalists succeed in their endeavors of division and control.
They gave voters instructions and used persuasive journalism to try to get their agenda, they failed.
    They keep failing too.
Why would you even give these sub standard “journalists” a minute of your time.

Wanna be informed, read published documents and books.
Fill your brain with facts rather than hateful blatherings from losers seeking fame...

I forgot lack of ability to communicate. "failure to communicate" - guns and roses. We are in the age of babble, that's why I'm crowned highest in that too.

I suspect the moderators got together and put this highly political thread in the exact wrong forum, just to make me seem that much crazier and uneducated. It's working.

I have a Mike Greene on my linkedin but that guy is wearing a suit and he is not a car, I have no idea if they are in fact twins. One good, one evil. Duality strikes again.
