Striking Strings Glissandi

Hey everyone

Jochem here from jasl-audio!

I'm excited to share with you the release of our debut sample library: Striking Strings Glissandi.

Together with a team of very dedicated and talented individuals we've been working on an instrument that offers real-time control over string risers using the mod-wheel.

I'd like to invite you to watch our walkthrough video to hear it in action.

We're currently running a Black Friday deal for anyone that finds this to be an useful tool in their instrument arsenal.

For more information please visit our website.

All the best,

Jochem

Very cool.

It would be great if we could set a tempo (DAW Syncable or Free) in order to trigger the glissandi with just one Key.
This alongside presets and anchor points for the arrrival interval would let us program exact arrival chords.

This added functionality would allow us to create expression maps in Dorico or DAWs. I think the use cases would be greatly expanded.

Thanks guys, great suggestions! We're still exploring new functionalities to include in future updates and the possibility to launch the riser towards a target note/chord is definitely high on the list. We'll definitely look into the other ideas as well!

Great concept! Has anyone bought this? Do they send out the links manually? I bought it yesterday, but didn't receive anything, and the recaptcha verification fails when trying to create a support ticket.

I bought this tonight and received a pulse code within about 5 minutes, (so definitely not sent manually). If you haven't checked your spam/junk mail folder it's always possible your download code email wound up in there.

Thank you! Nothing in the spam folder I’m afraid, so probably just a (double) glitch. Hopefully they check in on this thread every once in a while.

Hey Johannes, I just replied to your support mail. It seems there was a typo in your email address. I’ve corrected it and resent the confirmation email. Could you please confirm if you’ve received it?
