marched with some friends to show my support. Recorded sounds from the march - a rough cut with heaps taken out because I was there to march not record. Still, got some worthwhile snippets

You were there to march, not record, but you recorded...Okay.

I can’t wait for the new Global Warming Sampled Instrument.

Perhaps a nice East/West-ish style name like “Voices of the Coerced.”

Hey Chimuelo do you agree with Fraser Anning's assessment of the Christchurch attack?

    Hey @asherpope
By somehow conflating <marching with youth for climate change> with <a complete fckwit>
are you self identifying as a proto-troll @asherpope?

I can't see the chimuelo post when logged in coz I have him blocked - although I saw it on my phone earlier - but I read asherpope completely the other way - as baiting chimuelo to see if he agreed with Anning.

Terrible events for you guys - really sorry Australia has gone down this racist path and NZ is bearing the brunt of it. Terrible - not as if Christchurch hasn't had enough sadness

I’m blocked but you saw it, you went to march, not record, but recorded.
    Such confliction.

I don’t block you GregH because I like grandstanding.

I’m grateful people share their most inner feelings with everyone.

I disagree with Half of what I hear, but would rather hear it than use the fake ignore.
Just like children being taught what to think.
I’d rather teach them to think, but we all have our agendas I suppose.

Which is why I see using children to march as Coersion and it saddens me.

If your beliefs in a certain area of science are so well established and worthy of adhering to, you wouldn’t need to use children as a prop.

A question, what if the child is actually pretty smart and decides I don’t want to march, Ill stay behind and study.
Would this child now be ostracized and bullied by teachers and Climate Change activists?

On this particular issue Im with the wealthy Liberals, by sending my children to private school they can be taught to think, not how.

I don’t see much difference between Hitler Youth Camps and this.
    Ze Fuhrer vould be pleased.

    Right on.
I’ll take the blockage as a badge of honor.
The fact I’m obviously blocked always makes it even more valuable.

Before @asherpope runs to safe speech space, I just got around to googling the person and hes a dick, glad he got egged.

I wouldn’t go making climate predctions if I were you, you already started off on the wrong foot and from knowing events so quickly, ovbiously insterested in being “informed.”
Seems people that love showing how quickly and well informed they are react too quickly, often using poor judgement.

But fake news does this for it’s economical survival. Not a race for the newest cacklings or fake scoop.

Hopefully they don’t settle out for 50,000,000 with upcoming lawsuits for being liars and creating flocks of Sheep under false pretenses.
That way they get hit with hundreds of millions of dollars, forcing stockholders to remove their punk asses, maybe return to make believe land where they can teach others how to lose.

Funny how Im blocked by the believers, yet reported frequently.
See what I mean by fake ignore.
Fake Liberalism, Fake News and now fake ignore.

Like I said it’s a badge of honor.

You always know you’re right above the target because of the sheer amount of flak.

Right on, a sense of humor in a mostly depressing place full of the traumatized.

I’ll be rehearsing with girly men tonight.
Great people, we work well together.

But I would never want one of them in charge of my security.
    No offense meant.
I learned the term from a California politician, so I assumed it was vetted, poll checked and all legalities adhered to.

Of course, he is the cretin that called a woman "too ugly to rape". If that's his level of consciousness then hardly surprising.

Cretin is too kind, that remark deserved harsher treatment, but glad you reported me, I deserved it.

The fact you have to unite in secret then try and pretend this is individual free thinking makes me stronger. I got a pm too. Much appreciated.

Please keep reminding me every post Im ignored.
I got a lotta mo. Whenever you post, Ill join you guys.

Wow, i am surprised the board allows that sort of misogyny. A bit of a sad case though, like one of those lonely neglected kids who are constantly annoying because any attention is better than nothing.

Well after reading your Reaper rant, I’ve changed my mind, youre gifted.
Your diagnosis is spot on, I’m a neglected child, which is why I crave the attention I’m getting from being on ignore..

I’m hoping this is a fake farewell.
I’ve always enjoyed your grandstanding, we just disagree, I try to be humorous but so many people are just angry all the time.

Maybe they haven’t found the right String or Horn instrument.
The threads above are most informative and so many reasonably priced instruments.
    I can’t help myself, it’s a smorgasbord.

    Cheerz

Just my opinion, but if someone is the type to put other people on ignore, then they probably shouldn’t be in the Poltical Section. Just sayin’.

Also, for the record, I like Chimuelo a lot. I often disagree with what he says, but he’s really funny, and he doesn’t take himself too seriously. So if the occasional politically incorrect statement gets made, I don’t think it’s worth getting too worked up over, especially when Chim himself agrees that remarks like “too ugly to tape” were out of line. We all say dumb things from time to time, especially when trying to be humorous (I’ve certainly said some doozies myself), so sometimes you just gotta move on. If it ain’t fun, then why be here?

Sorry Mike, it must say something if it seems most of us have him on ignore ! I don't find him funny and he certainly does seem to take his views as relevant. I didn't have him on ignore for years but his constant repetition of bullshit just got tiring and frankly too boring to wade through. All of this IMHO of course. The "rape" comment is about as disgusting as you can get and goes far beyond the realms of overt political correctness to be disgusted by it, and yes we all have said dumb things but not as ignorant as that. There is a line I would draw and that's it. Oh please show us where he apologised.

Meanwhile economic genocide of the poor in the US through fraudulent for profit (for death) healthcare system rolls on.

    https://www.linkedin.com/feed/news/medical-bills-are-killing-americans-4637308/

The poor are ALL walks of people of all kinds of pedigree, all capable of wondrous development in a human benefiting system.

trump didn't repeal and replace and he didn't do it quickly. It's a system of mandatory (shakedown) health insurance premiums in the US which benefit CEO pockets health and is more worthless than toilet paper. And nobody asked for it. They asked for the ruling class to fuck off (CHANGE).

Economic genocide and gentrification are kissing cousins. People who will work but can't afford to pay for a home working full-time, dumb cannibal system. This is not a good world having people kill themselves over financial issues, those are man made issues, so its murder. The lawyers should be all over it, instead they spend too much time bullshitting at their dealers house.

If you don't like welfare then dump your stocks and get rid of the corporate welfare system no one asked for which has obliterated the only class that matters through artificial wage oppression of hard workers, the middle class. Your weaponized shares give them the power to buy the government so they suck your money both ways. Then the ALL cheat taxes too, ensuring not a dime works its way back into the system THAT BUILT IT. You feed Goliath so he can be much stronger for your next beating.

Transnational Corporations (not countries, not presidents, not political parties, not "the people") rule the world and there are about 150 of them.
    https://www.researchgate.net/publication/51761051_The_Network_of_Global_Corporate_Control

Where there's big money there's big lies. Question one is what's the agenda, the other question is who is behind it. Part 3 is whoever smelt it dealt it. We have nothing more to give in the first place.

We didn't create any climate issues. The Military, Big Oil (Sabotage of alternative fuels and petrodollar financial control complex) and Corporations would know about that one. In addition to malpractice of government in managing its communities through greedy blindspots. There never needed to be 2 hour commutes....Change of societal planning instead and usage of electric bus/train (blocked by OIL). Power brokers can't have it both ways crushing little bottom feeder masses on a whim and also blaming them when things in the system they rigged don't go right.

I changed my mind about Andrew Yang, no one will vote for him on the red side because of his Asian descent and the conflicts with china that everyone hears about from so honest the media.

China is a Republic, has anyone read their constitution? Course not. You read Huffington post or drudge instead and splooged yourself over the latest juicy russia narrative development, whichever distracted, manipulated side.

Love it or leave it? The empire doesn't even exist now (20trillion debt, all business in debt, all young in student debt they can never pay). Just waiting for the socialist clean up crew to assess the damage. So much mess I doubt it will all be rectified in my lifetime.

It all has boiled down to Empire (Monarchy) vs Socialism (Peoples Government).

The difference between these systems is there's actual logic behind socialist rules/laws. It may be filled with bugs/flaws. However when you go to find out the laws in the US you find the logic hits a corporate veil, that's where logic ends and exploitation never ends.

    (1) Citizens of the People's Republic of China have the right as well as the duty to work.

    (2) Using various channels, the state creates conditions for employment, strengthens labor protection, improves working conditions, and, on the basis of expanded production, increases remuneration for work and social benefits.

    (4) The state provides necessary vocational training to citizens before they are employed.
