I am thinking about building some sort of small wooden box with a set of slots, to partially enclose and organize my trio of Samsung SSDs (which currently just lay loose on my desk). But I am worried about the prospect of shortening their lives due to heat buildup. I don't seem to be able to find any information about this via the Google machine, so has anyone here done such a thing, and if so, did you notice any increased heat buildup and/or problems as a result?
