if i buy the syncronized bundle, how much will the crossgrade to the vi version cost...
To be honest, i want both...Synchronized and Vi version.
Not tried, but I think the crossgrade price only works when going from VI to Sy'zd. I think I paid around 120-140€ for the crossgrade. With the current promotion, I bet it is much lower.

In this case get the VI first and upgrade, or get both at the same time and you'll see the discount in the basket.

Anyone know how long the SDS sale is? I could find no end date on the VSL site?
Until the end of January.

Emails from VSL always come to me after every other avenue has already been celebrated. I always see it here and receive emails from companies like best service and JRRShop about their new releases and then their emails come trickling in a day to a few days later.

Downloaded and installed using VSL, and seems this Expansion
just remains separate from existing Andromeda ..... right ? Thought to combine, but file extensions are same .....
Yes, this is the case. I downloaded and played around yesterday, and loved them. I find these con sord patches a bit easier to separate out using the individual mics also than the original patches, so that's a bonus.

Very nice of VSL to give us this update for free. They really are on a roll with BBO.

That wouldn't surprise me given how many libraries they have recorded since then. Seems appropriate they would have found additional improvements along the way. I am looking forward to updating tonight.
Yes, it seems they have improved and learned as they went along. Not surprising I guess.

Given they focused on new muted patches for Andromeda, and the dynamic range has been a bit of a weakness so far with BBO (by which I mean they focused more on loud rather than pp-level soft or textures) in their new BBO material to date, it's an obvious area to focus on now.

I wonder also if there is a full con sord strings lib coming. Seems more likely now.

FYI - if anyone is trying to decide on Dimension Strings, I found the Synchronized SE 5 walkthrough a lot better overview of the sound and reverb options than the full SDS walkthrough:

You can't, it's a tutti orchestra.
(You can use the mixer to emphasize a section)

With Spitfire there is way to automate Expressions and Dynamic. With VSL player i see only Expressions , are there a Dynamic one?

There is. All of those sliders that you see in the VSL Synchron player are controllable with CC. You just need to click on the correct tab to see them.

There is usually one set already for CC11 -- that is the dynamics controller.

Edit: See below.

The "Dynamics" (CC1 usually on the modwheel) you are looking for is called Velocity XFade "Vel. XF" in VSL's Synchron player.
There is also an on/off button right next to it. When disabled key velocity takes over this control. When enabled you can use a modwheel.
It should be right next to the expression fader in the GUI.

My bad, @Manuel Stumpf is right, the dynamics are CC1, and are referred to as Xfade. I thought you meant expression, sorry.

For the Xfade, many of the patches in BBO libs (not all though, and not in all libraries) have at least 2 versions. One is velocity cross fade, the other (marked as Xfade) is where CC1 will control dynamics. Some even have a third version that does velocity for shorts, CC1 for longs.

That is great! I'll experiment with this new information! Thank you guys - I'm new to this forum and find it very friendly and people here are helping each other. That is what we need especially at these times.

Let see how I would apply this valuable information to the Score Relief 2021 competition ;)

As I commented to @markleake and I am telling you too:

I experimented with the mixer. I's interesting how it is designed. I see different instruments are activated at different times. Could you please tell me more how this algorithm is working?

Could you elaborate what you mean by "different isntruments are activated at different times"?
Maybe a screenshot would help.
