For Europeans, I am also selling a Steinberg CMC FD for €80+shipping. An excellent MIDI controller, with a set of 5 buttons and 4 nice 10bit resolution touch-sensitive faders. Natively compatible with Cubase, it can be used easily with any DAW that supports the Mackie standard (which uses Pitch Bend messages for volume control).
