Need Studio Monitors/Treatment help

Hello,

I am currently in need of finding out exactly what monitors I would need for my room.

Currently, the room I'm using is 9x11 Feet. It has no treatment whatsoever, so it has the most high pitch, annoying reverb that makes anything annoying. I was looking into soundproofing in a non-permanent way and not too expensive since I see myself moving in a few years time. I obviously need to cover the walls a fair bit, I don't know if it's better to go for panels, or foam, or something else.

I am using a pair of Beyerdynamics DT770 Pro 250 Ohm plugged in a Focusrite 2i2 for everything related to music, but they are aggravating an issue with my Jaw, so I want to move away from that.

For monitors, I wanted Adam A7X for the longest time, since I used to use them in College, but the size of the room might cause issues and I don't want to drop a lot of cash for a disappointment. HS7, HS8 are more affordable and were also considered, but I don't exactly know if it'd be better tot go for HS5's. I want to buy something that will last me a while, but not be hindered too badly by the quality of the room. They will be mounted on pillar that I'll buy and setup on each side of the desk, not quite far from the wall, nor the corners of the room.

I mainly do Orchestral, sampled stuff, but I see myself doing all kind of styles and music; I am currently only doing songs for "myself" to build a portfolio, but I plan to go in media composition, hopefully in the next years.

Let me know if you need anymore information to help me, thank you.
