Modulate Send Effects Params

I am trying to figure out a way to modulate effects params in a bus. Is there possibly a way I could create a modulator on say an empty group and listen for updates to that modulator then manually update the param in the bus? Perhaps there is a much easier way to do this that I am unaware of? Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

No, you would have to script your own modulators.

No. Which is why you would have to script your own modulator for what you want to do

OK, thanks. Can you point me towards any tutorials or a section in the KSP manual about scripting a modulator?
