I speak from recent experience on the other side of the glass. If you are going to ask real human people to perform the lines you have written for your sampler with just their bodies or just their bodies and real analogue instruments have a really good read of the orchestration guides for all those musical forces and adjust your score as necessary before you get to the studio.
