based on few factors at list at the moment I'm sure he is authentic person to deal with
Recommendation
1) point out the prices in order to be more transparent with community.
2) modify the listing to follow official iZotope license transfer procedure because
account takeover involve a risks for both sides and not always acceptable by developers.
