How to totally kill all notes/voices

I keep having this issue of my blip notes sticking around sometimes. And my note_off($ALL_EVENTS) doesn't seem to work. Also I'm not totally sure why the blip notes stick around, sort of just working towards the solution. Basically it only occurs if I play more than one note at once, probably 15% of the time it happens.

One option is to store all the note event IDs and do the killing whenever you want, maybe using a fade out to soften things a bit.

Did you try fade_out($ALL_EVENTS, 1000, 1) instead?

I ended up placing it in the LCB and it works, but I think fade out would work better so it's not so abrupt of a halt
