I know I should obviously talk to a lawyer which I will tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone has an outline or real world perspective for hiring a session player under AB5? I want to work with talented LA musicians especially now that some of them are struggling with cancelled gigs and in need of work. Even the business to business verbiage is confusing as hell and it is hard to even process this information without my my blood boiling over how absolutely negligent it all is.
