How do you automate bulky tasks in Cubase?

Bulky tasks such as managing large scale out of sync midi events or assigning varied velocities of ostinato in a 7 minutes track length. You'll have more than 200 bars of midi data mess. How do you manage it?

If you're not using it already, the Project Logical Editor will be able to help save time with tedious tasks. If I remember correctly, @jononotbono did a really good video covering the PLE and some of the most useful functions you can setup.
