Cubase SX 3 video import problem

When I try to import the .mov files, the import menu says "0 frames" to a qt-file that is minutes long. - and plays very well on QT 7(pro).

I have had somes problems with Cubase and video-import; any suggestions? Did I mess it up? did the film company when exporting the .mov-files?

Hi Jorgen, hope you are well. Im not sure if there is an option, but can a QT file be saved as an earlier version perhaps?

Maybe SX doesnt understand something in the encoding of a QT7 file.

Only a guess really, another option might be to look for an SX 3 update that may address this...
