Cannot Login with old username

I have tried to login and always get an error. Seems like you forgot to port my account over. My posts are on the forum however. Emails to your Contact form have not been answered. There is NOTHING in the Help Section about resetting a password, which apparently may have solved this problem. I had to create a new user in order to post this message!!!
I thought that Support would be part of the V2 upgrade....seems I was wrong.

Hi,

Is it your username of your password or your email address that doesn't work?

Also, have you watched the short tutorial video on the portal?


Let me know if you tried resetting your password following those steps.
