Just by the way, does anybody know how big the sections of CSS actually are? On the website it just says something in between Chamber and Symphony.

I recommend CSS by the way if you like the darker tone. I‘m scoring for a short film right now and it fits really well, so there is nothing wrong about it, just a matter of taste and context.

Of these I think CS2 is my favorite. It just has a lovely, cinematic but versatile sound and very dependable and consistent programming. There are several pros that rely on this library. Lucky for you it's also the cheapest library on this list!

With regard to getting faster runs out of CSS, try using the marcato articulation with legato on & spiccato overlay off.
