Aurora Choir installing trouble

Hi...

My Kontakt 5 (full) cannot find the files after installing Aurora Choir...

I did like this:

-downloaded all 7 .rar files
-doubleclicked all 7 files one at a time and unpacking to desktop
-trying to load the aurora, but getting message that 4832 files are missing

tired...

When getting the message, locate the folder where you unpacked the files and it should be able to locate the missing files. (Then do a batch resave so you don't have to do this every time)
If not, are you sure the download was able to complete?

I have tried thus... cannot locate the files...

what if everyone could just make a downloader like for ex connect...

Happened me before. You have to use the right extractor software and only extract them all together as one rather than separately

First off, not the best idea to extract to the desktop. This is not he root cause of your problem, but it's always a better idea to extract to (and use the lib from) a folder.

Secondly, as mouse eluded to, you probably do not extract each .rar individually, although that will depend on how the .rar files were built. So, if you have AChoir-1.rar, and AChoir-2.rar, and so on, you click on and start the extraction process from AChoir-1.rar, and then allow the extractor to do it's thing, which is extract from every .rar file in the chain. What OS are you on? (you really should say...)

B/c that takes resources that not every dev has.

Cheers.

It dit not help.

Not working.

Using iMac with iOS 10.13.1

Hi Mads, sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you make sure that you're doing the following:

1. Download all files (ensure they're the right sizes of 900MB for parts 1-6 and 370MB for part 7)
2. Some file extraction software will not extract multiple compressed files correctly. We highly recommend downloading and using the latest version of either UnArchiver (https://unarchiver.c3.cx) to extract the files on Mac or 7Zip (https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or Winrar to extract on a PC.

If you are a Mac user and Unarchiver isn't working for you then you may have some success trying the following extraction utilities instead:

Keka - https://www.kekaosx.com/en/
izip - https://www.izip.com/

3. Highlight all of the files as one, then right click (or cmd click on Mac)on the first (as they're all highlighted still), then press extract.

That will ensure they are extracted properly. If you're still having issues, just drop us an email to [email protected] and we'll sort it out right away :)

Thanx. Will try.

Other issue: the connect install of Apocalypse stopped. Now I have deleted all the apocalypsefiles manually, and need new serial to try another time. Can you send me one at my e-mail please?
