I have been waiting for Strezov's summer sale...still waiting.
I mean, you may have to wait until it's summer for a summer sale.

What do you think the best sale might be on the Freya/Wotan bundle? Seems to be the most cutting edge legato programming out there on an adult choir....but $550 U.S. ? ...thats a bit of cash.
As for Insolidious or Silka? Should be a sale one day soon.

Couldn't you just fill a big yellow balloon with helium and just kinda pretend? Maybe Strezov will rezognize the effort and give us all a summer sale! And as a Finnish guy, he has to wait maybe a few years, when summer visits Finland

Downloading Lacrimosa. I didn't go for Requiem Pro, because I already own Requiem Light, and the GUI for it is at version 3.0.
Still downloading. I have a slow connection. I will probably use it at softer dynamic myself. How do you find Lacrimosa? Great ? I'm actually quite interested with it, especially at the current pricing point but i'm always wary of 8dio products based on my past experiences, especially the Adagio series.
200 choir singers....wonder how would that mix in less epic writing. would the choir still sound big even at softer dynamic?
did you informed 8dio as well?A word of warning:
As Lacrimosa is the first 8DIO product I’ve purchased I had to register on their website to make the purchase. I did, and to my disappointment they sent me a confirmation email with my password in clear text.
Any site that can send you your password in clear text is not secure. This means they are not using secure storage methods (like a one-way hash) and anyone getting their hands on the 8DIO user database will be able to reverse engineer many of the passwords of 8DIOs customers.
This is not ok in 2019.
I may be misremembering, but don't they email you an autogenerated password when you register, which you can then change, meaning the password may have been sent when it was generated for insertion in the database and not by retrieving/decrypting it from the database? Or did they send you the actual password that you chose?A word of warning:

Indeed they send you back your own chosen passwort in cleartext .A word of warning:

anybody got it with discount on the sale?
I've aways had my eye on Dominus choir from Fluffy audio because I like its softer, more emotional tones, but the price of 8Dio Lacrimosa in this sale is hard to ignore! Apart from choir size, could they get similar sounds? Can Dominus do epic like Lacrimosa? Can Lacrimosa do soft like Dominus choir? Is 200 singers too much? I want a choir that can do it all!
