What other DAWs (apart from Reaper) let go of a .Wav file handle once its been imported (and recognize when its been updated on the drive) ?

With Reaper I can drag in a .Wav file and use it. But then I can copy over that .Wav file on the hard drive and Reaper will recognize the .Wav file has been changed and update it in the DAW quickly. What other DAWs also have this feature, and which DAWs wouldn't recognize an audio file...

What do people feel about video showreels for composers?

If you can afford video then add video for impact. Some people are very visual, not just auditory, and would be able to associate with your music more if they have appropriate visuals.
