Want to be always logged in : user name & password issue

Whenever I visit VI-C via iPad or iPhone the site seems to never remember my login info (name & password).i have the box checked to stay logged in,I have to type in a couple of letters to get the ID and password to appear & then login.
I’m using latest iOS 12 via Chrome.
This isn’t a big problem just kind of annoying (having to login every time), any suggestions?

Let me look into it, I'll let you know what I find. By default, if there is no activity, the system will log you out after 60 min (I increased from 30 min). But I suspect there is something else I need to look for in the settings.

Just a note - on my studio computer, using Chrome, I set it so that every time I shut down Chrome it clears the cache automatically. Not so on my other computer. Not sure if you've set this up on your end.
