Any unregistered serial must be registered using Native Access, at least it's been that way to me.

Yes it is great for some soft, ambient choir pads! Especially after cutting mids and boosting a few dB Air + lots of reverb :)
Symphony Series was my main reason for KU12 CE. Setting my template up as we speak.
Already had the pianos before. I like all of them, especially Grandeur & Alicias.
Thrill - I'm not sure yet. Sounds too good out of the box, not much creative freedom left :P
My main reverb plugin is from Komplete. I'm using Action Strikes all the time. Started exploring Damage as well now. Many gems in the Factory Library. And so much more that's great about Komplete I would otherwise be missing.

The 25 Euro voucher did come through after a day (I upgraded through best service)

No voucher here either. I bought at Best Service and registered in Native Access 76 hours ago. Since it appears that some of us are getting vouchers, I suspect that they are just behind.
 
Got my K12CE box in today. Sweet upgrade from K10U. Nice looking hard drive too, pity it doesn’t use a usb-c connection. When registered through Native Access I got an email to register another twelve extra serials. All-in-all great value at €270, considering the inclusion of the entire Symphony Series. Now also waiting for that voucher email to appear.

Usually takes about a day or 2 IIRC
 
Has anyone upgraded succesfully from 8-11 Ultimate to 12 Standard?
I don't really want the extras that 12U provides, but would like Kontakt 6, Reaktor 6, Massive X and the expansions. But on the other hand, I don't want to lose all the stuff I have in 10U.

IIRC you can’t go from Ultimate back to standard, but you can go from a previous standard to standard even if you have an ultimate. That way you have two paths you can use: either standard to standard or ultimate to ultimate, any year.

But if you never bought a standard and only started out with ultimate, you have to stay with ultimate.

When you log into your account to “buy now”, there is a drop down list of what you have available to upgrade from/to...and if the “from” says “standard” and the “to” says “standard”, then you are good.

I only ever bought 10U so I guess that won't be an option.
That's a shame. Don't really need those bells and whistles from Ultimate.
 
I tried to update my KU11 to K12 and it tells me I have no qualifying products. Guess it's not an option.

Still waiting on T+S, not that it will do me any good as I am on the road and won't see my mail for at least a week. I'm really not in a hurry.

you have to either go from ultimate to ultimate update, or upgrade from Ultimate to Composer (collector?) edition. You can't go from an earlier version of ultimate to the standard/non-ultimate 12, unfortunately.

I was just trying to see if it was possible. I bought the KU12 update. Though I wonder if you buy the CE version are you stuck with it?
