Which Harp library for EXPOSED solo harp music?

Well, I watched the demo yesterday and it was something about the sound that didn't appeal to me. It sounded plastic somehow. I believe it surely can sound great in a context, but not on its own. Completely based on a demo on youtube, so I might be wrong.
I have both Elysium and Glissando - very different tones so it depends what you are going to use it for. I think Glissando sounds slightly sharper so I prefer it, Elysium is nice when you need more of a "fairy tale" tone. Value in owning both in my opinion. They both have some nice additional sound design/unusual articulations.

I recommend either ProjectSAM's harp, which is warm and thick, or the new Cineharps, which has a very lively and realistic sound. Both are on sale right now too!

I'd suggest looking at the Hollywood harp as well. I own the Elysium Harp and while it's pretty good I prefer the tone and sound options of the Hollywood Harp. I know EastWest doesn't have the best reputation anymore, but I think they did a really good job on this one.

I actually also won a year subscription of Composer Cloud Gold X and the first thing I downloaded was the Hollywood Harp
It sounds very good to my ears, especially with the Close mic.

The Pianoteq harp's low strings are more powerful than on a real harp, but it's an outstanding sound - and nobody is going to hear it and think it's not a real acoustic instrument.
I’m sure you know better than I do, because I’ve never even heard of a Salvi harp.
The harps I have heard don’t have a lot of power in their lower register - which is one of the reasons I like sampled ones!
You can also play parts that a real harp couldn’t, or wouldn’t.

Is Cineharps worth it, if I will probably not use the many articulations other than the few standard ones? This is mostly because I don't know much about writing for harp, but I do need a decent harp library...Thanks.
