Voxos2 Upgrade question

I owned Cinesamples Voxos. Now I downloaded the files for the update Voxos2. At the screenshot you see at the left my Voxos1 files, perfectly working. At the right side the downloads of Voxos2 (zip file and rar files) unpacked. I see the sample folder, but no instruments and so on.
Can somebody help me?

Yes, I thought the same. But here you see the content of the zip File. When I start the Voxos2.exe, I asked, where to install the library, I show the path / location. I got the message, the zip file has the wrong file size. To be honest, there is no file called "Voxos2_int.zip". I just renamed the file "VOXO2_PC_Installer.zip"

Everything besides samples should be in that Voxos2.exe (which is suppose to be opened first). If it's not (check other locations), or doesn't open properly, try downloading that file again (it's small and continua can mess it up) and unpacking. If you still have issues contact support and have them send it to you directly.

Thank you. I downloaded the files a several times. But you can see, that the Voxos2.exe file (inside of the VOXOS2_PC_Installer.zip) is just 234 kb. When I want to install, I got the message, something is missing. But I couldn't download the wanted file anywhere.

Judging by all the .rar files, you basically downloaded the full product of Voxos2 anyway. Assuming Cinesamples would send you the necessary files (.nki, .nicnt, etc.) it might be less of a headache to delete Voxos and install Voxos2 as a new library... assuming it will work with your existing serial number.

They recommend not to touch the original Voxos folder. At the website the say, it is a full installation.

OK, I'm guessing that means everything is tied to your existing serial number. Hopefully they can help you out with support. Good luck!
