What's new

Trying to combine Epic and Trance....

What do you think so far?

What is that at the beginning? Boooiiiuuu :D
I mean..nice melodies, I like the part at 36 seconds. Is that then trance? Ah..now I see with that percussions and choirs. Is that trance epic Orchestra? Never heard of that though. Overall I enjoyed the piece, sometimes it has those issuess that you take out the flow completely. My recommendation is to keep a little element maintaining a rest of the motion intact. And it might be a matter of taste: But man kill that Booingdong at the beginning. it brings nothing good to your music, it is hilarous imo.If want to start on the upbeat why not..but maybe with a little normal crescendo?

Hehe, LOL :) I totally agree about the boooouiiiu at the start. It sounded A LOT better in my Bose headset. I will definetely take that away.

I am glad you enjoyed the piece. I think the piece is more epic than trance of course, but in my younger days I made a lot of trance music and I wantet to bring some elements into the epic piece. But I might sould have brought it in earlier than at 2:00 ? Or what do you think?

Great piece and really sets the atmosphere for the trance epic feel you were going for. The Staccato strings ( i think this is what they are called) at the 17 sec mark sound a little off. They sound like they are slightly ahead of the beat for a few of the hits, and sound slightly out of place (balance wise or a little too exposed, not sure how to word this) compared to the rest of their placement. Hope this helps. I'm new to this as well, so I help this makes sense. Thanks again for the track. sounds great.
