Thanks Frederick!
The title could more specificly focus on Kontakt Scripting to make sure we cut out this niche. Now if everyone that has been emailing back and forth about scripting could spread the word also to people that not normally come here that this is IT!!
I am going to start asking some pretty ignorant questions in my next post, and maybe we can get a discussion going. |

I don't have Kontakt but am very interested to hear what other people think of it. Perhaps I'll even purchase it myself someday? |

I don't yet have Kontakt but will soon, so this is an exciting new forum. The scripting looks very interesting. Frederick, thanks!
And looking forward to Thonex's announcement...

Those fire works are perfect Frederick!!!!!!
It may be tomorrow morning... Theo (who is in the Australian time zone) will be hosting it on his website. For the mac guys.... you'll need to get a .rar opener because the scripts will be compressed as a .rar
Soon..... tic toc tic toc tic toc.....

Hello everyone. This is my first post on this forum. It's looking really promosing and I definitely think I might just pop in here more frequently than not, especially when I start digging in to the .KSP scripting world.
If I may, I have a side question to ask, about the forum. Is it ok to post a troubleshooting question (including an attached monolith .NKI file) for a troubleshooting issue I have with an instrument project I'm working on. Frankly, I'm totally stuck (and a bit desperate to seek some good advice, since I feel that the NI forums are either somewhat non-responsive, or at least I find it to be a rather depressing forum, in the sense that it's being full of complaints and bug reports, if you know what I mean.)
I'm not going into detail with my instrument making issue here (<-- hehe, this might sound a little fishy), since I wanted to check first, to see if those types of posts are ok here. But basically, I'm experiencing random missing notes when I play my (almost done) instrument.
Feel free to enlighten me, if the main purpose of the forum differs from what I'd like to ask about. (And in case not, I will of course open a separate thread for it.)
Nice to be on board!
Cheers from Sweden |

Welcome.
As long as the instrument isn't bound by some commercial agreement then I don't see why you can't post it.
