I prefer to keep my faders separate. That way if a fader breaks, or a key on the keyboard breaks, I only have one part of my rig to repair or replace, and I'm not screwed for every other function. I could see it differently if I were gigging, but not in studio.

This may bode well for a future A or M-series Kontrol line. The screen and navigation is totally superfluous for me (especially since that part sits under my desk), but I could put the light guide, poly aftertouch, MIDI 2.0, USB-C, and wheels/touch strip to use pretty quickly.

I installed 1.20, and checked in an app that Sine Player now is encoded for Universal (ie -Apple Silicon Native) for AAX format. (I use Pro Tools, so yes it does matter to me very much). I won't be able to test it until tomorrow, but that was pretty interesting.

I don't use it extensively, but I run some instruments in it. It has worked for about a year. The new version is showing up as AAX Silicon Native, but I haven't tested it yet.
