Berklee (Boston) compositional instruction - know anyone?

I wasn't sure which of the forums to post this in, so please move if it's not in the appropriate place...

I'm relatively close (around an hour away) to Berklee, and I'm hoping to find someone to take private compositional lessons from. I'd really like to learn more about writing for RnB, Gospel, Blues. Ideally I'd like it to be guitar-centric, as that's my primary instrument, but I'm okay if it's not, too, I can translate what I learn if needed.

This seems like a pretty huge community - any chance any of you know someone I could reach out to?

Try searching their website for faculty that might seem to be a good match.

When I was there I played in an ensemble with a teacher called Thaddeus Hogarth who was a killer RnB/Blues guitarist. Think he's a songwriter too. You could try reaching out to him to see if he takes on outside private students...

He could also ask the faculty at Berklee if they have any students that are looking to do some private lessons as a cheaper alternative. Generally teachers are very willing to help their students out and get them their own students.

Messages sent to both Thaddeus and Enrique, thank you very much guys! I’ll post back if anything happens. If I don’t hear back, I’ll try reaching out to the faculty like you’re suggesting, Sean.

Trial lesson with Thaddeus next Friday! I’m really excited. Thank you again so much guys!
