I've watched heaps of videos on this library and i'm really liking it. However, i'll like to hear some thoughts on this.

Strikeforce Cinematic Percussion by LABORATORY Review
https://www.strongmocha.com/2018/02/18/strikeforce-cinematic-percussion-laboratory-review/
I was in the same place few months ago. Decided to go for it even though I wasn’t fully convinced based on the info available.
Initially I wasn’t happy at all w the library. BUT the developers were really great in answering all of my questions, concerns, pointing out little things in the program that made big difference. For me it requires spending more time than usual learning and playing with the library to get the results I was looking for. That’s the sign for me of a deep program and library. Give yourself time to read manual, be patient, learn and enjoy what you discover. I’m now making my own custom multis adjusting and tweaking many parameters to get killer sounds. Very happy w purchase!
I like this review, especially this bit

I like it. It does the JXL-style sound really well, and there' s a lot of content in the library. The sound lacks a lot of "closeness", though. Even with only the close mics on the sound can be pretty wet, and to me it misses some close punch (compared to something like HZ01 or Damage). It's also very stereo (not sure if this is actually the case, but that's what it sounds like to me), and to be honest, I really dislike the sound when I hit only one note. It can sound phasey at times, and has a lot of 400Hz that I always remove (personal opinion!). I've also had some issues with little noise/static from some of the drums, which can be brought up by compression. This is only on very few patches, though. However! The library truly blossoms when you layer it up, even just in the same patch. You can very easily create a huge sound, and the library is super fun to play around with because of how it's laid out. There's a lot of patches and different sounds to go through (which probably could be shortened down, as a couple of patches sound very similar). There's also some really cool hybrid sounds in there, which layers really well with other percussion. I don't think I have any other library that does what Strikeforce does, and it finds its way into almost everyone of my projects.
How come u initially don't like it? What's the problem?
