New in Composer Tools Pro v1.1.9, click on a MIDI track in Cubase and Composer Tools Pro will automatically sync up to your selection. Currently this is only available in Cubase.

I'm assuming this only works when you use instrument tracks in Cubase? Does it work with instrument racks? What about instruments loaded in VE pro? If this works on midi tracks triggering kontakt instances in VE pro, that would be awesome!
